how long do gay marriages last?

ANSWER: AVERAGE LENGTH OF GAY/LESBIAN RELATIONSHIPS

quantitative data on the length of gay/lesbian relationships is much harder to find, and not as numerous as data from those studies addressing heterosexual couples who are married. this is largely due to the fact that people in gay/lesbian relationships (in the U.$. at least) cannot legally marry, which means the government can't keep that same statistics on us as they do on heterosexual couples. in addition, a lot of the "information" found during a simple google search will produce results from anti-gay, anti-marriage, and even pro-gay-marriage groups pushing for certain legislation. many so-called studies by these groups give a single number for the length of gay/lesbian relationships without credible citations.

Communism and Socialism are types of governments that try to keep people equal. These governments grow in popularity when human society is split into the two classes of have and have-nots; thus, a struggle in social classes cause a reformation in the government. Communism is a type of government where wealth and property are owned in common and production and labor are shared equally among the people. Socialism is the belief that the wealth of a country should be shared among all its citizens. Attributes like jealousy and power struggles lead to these governments.
I personally believe these types of governments do not work in any society. These governments might even out economically but destroys other needed factors like diversity in religion, nationalism, ethnic loyalties, etc. I do not believe socialist ideas would prevail in the United States. People in the United States have different cultures, religions, and beliefs that would bring down anyone trying to make all the people happy. No matter how hard we try, we can not make everyone positive.

quick explanations to my blogs' philosophy.

NOTE: when i say liberal, this is not the philosophy of the liberal party of quebec, they are NOT liberals. nor am i talking about any fake liberal party in the world. it is simply a philosophy based on objectivism and and classic liberalism, as shed in 'the wealth of nations', by adam smith. other thinkers are named also.

here we go: liberalism is coming to town...

we liberals base our political philosophy and our solutions to today's problems on a single principle: you have the right to live your life and use your property as you see fit, just so long as you respect the full right of others to do the same.

coke?

the Woodruff era, Mr. Woodruff made a promise to the armed forces of the United States to supply Coca-Cola to every serviceperson. He said that costs and location did not matter, he supplied 5 billion bottles to the service. In the mid-1970's, more than half Coca-Cola sold was outside of the U.S. Coca-Cola products outsell closest competitor by more than two to one. One in every two colas and one in every three soft drinks is a Coca-Cola product(Facts, Figures, and Features 16). The best known trademark in the world is sold in about one hundred and forty countries to 5.8 billion people in eighty different languages. This is why Coca-Cola is the largest soft drink company in the world. Coca-Cola is worth more than 58 billion dollars on the stock market(Coca-Cola, The Coca-Cola Company 232). For more than 65 years, Coca-Cola has been a sponsor of the Olympics. The 1996 Summer Olympics will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, the home of Coca-Cola. One great earmark that the Coca-Cola company has is helping the people of Atlanta. They accomplish this through scholarships, hotlines, donations and contributions, etc. Another large accomplishment that the Coca-Cola has, is being the first company to make and use recycled plastic bottles. One way to see all of the achievements of the Coca- Cola company is to visit the World of Coke in Atlanta. It houses a collection of memorabilia, samples of the products, exhibits, and many other exciting items(Facts, Figures, and Features Multiple pages). All of what has been said is the basis of what Coca-Cola was built on. Without societies help, Coca-Cola could not have become over a 50 billion dollar business. Keep on consuming the world's favorite soft drink, Coca-Cola.
