More homeless deaths in Edmonton

This is an article from the CBC 2 Years ago and obviously things have gotten worst. Edmonton is just one example of what is going on out there in our country.

This exactly what the former mayor Alan Lowe was trying to avoid for the past three and a half years. Ending a nother year with the homeless having another victory in the homeless favor.
