Fuck COPS SUCK ASS.. I was sitting around minding my own buisness when all of a sudden sargent fuckoff and sargent fucknutz came walking around the corner. saw us and came straight to us I was like what the fuck. They came up was like wtf is your name.. I was like why do I have to give you my name, SARGENT FUCKoff said well you know if you don't we will beat you.. Then I sued them and got them kicked off the force.. (Yeah sure sure.. That's every homeless persons goal... Is to get the cops fired or at least just let the cops leave us alone.. so cops if your reading this page which alot of your probably do cause your all asses.. then maybe you should go harrass your own kids for awhile thier probably the ones that are getting the cops called on then you come around there gone and bam there we are smokinga joint so you figure look at those fuckers smoking a joint. fuck you I say.. cause when I was a contruction worker sitting down smoking a joint the cops didn't say shit.. why cause I was worth something to society in there minds.. So in my mind I think cops are just a legal gang.. well the in the DTES anyways.. and now these fuckin wannabe cops ("guardian Angels") running around ym neighborhoood fuckin around when is it going to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I AM, a survivor of their 'Death Squad' tactics, after coming into a homeless shelter in KINGSTON, Ont. and without 'legal intent', or 'just cause', POLICE officers attempted to render me unconscious(choke me out, etc.), which is FACTually "Attempted Murder" on their part(thus the term 'DEATH SQUAD'). Good luck in finding an honest cop, crown attorney or judge. I sat through a number of pretend ones as I was FORCED to defend myself because I don't QUALIFY for legal aid. I don't want to bore you with the whole sorted tale here, it's also on my site if ya wanna check it out under "WAR on the POOR".
No Bogart, I'm in agreement with you, and doubt smoking spinich will help much...eating it however..Hmmm. Looking out for each other will help though. Not letting them intimidate you will help. Walking in righteousness will help. Remaining balanced and strong in your silence,(it is one of your 'rights'...to use), will most definitely help. There is great power within the calm of silence. A single warrior is worth 10,000 soldiers or cops.
By their actions they have made themselves what they are...by our re-actions we make ourselves who WE are.

cops are one thing, but these Guarduian Angels...that's a whole other hog.

What these people are doing is trying to get involved and to make the city a bit safer, whether they help one person or countless. I'd rather have people wanting to do good than stand by and do nothing at all. You might claim that we don't need people like them but are the first to cry when you or someone in your family are being assaulted and no one stoped to help, sobbing "what has the world come to when neighbours don't get help each other" The police need every help they can from the citizens of Vancouver, and yes the Guardian Angels are made up of citizens of Vancouver. Who cares if it is a group from the US, if that bothers you so much you might as well focus on getting rid of Ford, Chevy, Levis, McDonalds and everything else American out of Canada too.
You may honestly believe the GA are here for "your own good" but the history of their organization simply doesn't prove that.
I researched them quite throuroughly so check through my blogs and you will find dozens of media articles related to their less-than-sterling activities across the world. Research them yourself if you don't believe me.
Their main agenda is money and media power. If they do not recieve enough "donations" in an area they fold very quickly.
As for kicking American corporations out of Canada--thanks for the idea. Yes, we should. They contribute little other than minimum wage jobs and put other locally owned businesses out of work. And as for Ford, Chevy etc. they have run like rats to third world countries leaving vast holes in the American and Canadian economies. They have no loyalty nor honour towards the communities that buy their products so why should we have any loyalty to THEM?
I'm not surprised at your "welcome" by the GA, Bogart. This has been the complaint of citizens around the world about them since they opened shop.
No one owes the Guardian Angels a single piece of information--including your name. In fact, you don't even owe the cops that information [although it's easier for you if you provide it so make up your own mind] unless you are placed under arrest.
