Full Moons And Eclipses
Full Moons And Eclipses
forgetting all the past
remember all the future
makes all things else imagination
like the snow
when things get written on it it goes dark and dirty
but under all of it its just warm...
fire comes to burn all writing
melting washes off
all before it got mined and sifted
and put away somewhere
to be repeated back (it seems)
from the knowing looks of judges
canaries in mines
down rabbit holes
where all the tennis balls go bounding
off to badgers who carry diseases
on hind legs serving
the full moons and eclipses
but the king of the north brings back the light
as if by magic ship
in flat bottomed bottles
that carry no messages
but look bluer than water
by the beak of a dolphin
beached in numbers
that no-one can explain
or will explain
clear like clean water.
