The notice is dated for 12:01 am Wednesday August 23rd exactly meaning that he could be cleared any time after midnight on Tuesday. It is unlikely that the City will clear the site in the evening but it is possible that the police could be sent in to take him out.

Chris received notice from the City of Toronto today that his house is slated for demolition on Wednesday August 23rd.
