Hey guys

Well i am sitting here with Tina about to go out to make some money so we can eat today,and was thinkin oh shit I have not writtin in my blog on homeless nation for sum time they prolly think we are dead lol jks!! anyhow Tina and myself are doing alot better than we where when we lived in vancouver,we are located in mississauga ontario !! we rent a room but its good enuff for us!! we are both clean off of everything and have been since well sept for me like july for tina,we are both on the methadone but we see our dr regularly and we are working the methadone program the way our dr tells us too do so!!! ok ok i smoke a lil erb once and a while but thats medicine to me lol!!!! It has been a long painful road to recovery man trust me but once u get your head and body rid of all those toxins u start seeing the big picture and then u realize u need change.. its not a fun process to go through but it,s one u need to go through in order to acheive 100% sobriety!! we miss u guys alot and wish we could be there right now to help protest the olympics with u guys!!! remember we are with u in mind and spirit tho!! take care guys PEACE LOVE UNITY AND RESPECT FOREVER.....ONE LOVE!!!!
