Right to Shelter Appeal in Victoria Upheld!

As much as the City of Victoria tried, the Court of Appeal has upheld a previous judge ruling stating that "People who are homeless and have no choice but to sleep outside have a constitutional right to protect themselves from the elements".
This ruling may be the first of many across Canada to legalize the right to shelter.
