Fresno Mayor Autry Apologizes & Empowers Homeless-$2 Million Award

2009.11.29 - 4:07 PM

$2 Million Dollar Fresno Homeless Award Video

2008- Fresno, California USA.

Shows the Honorable Mayor Autry of Fresno, apologizing to their homeless for years of failure and neglect. He empowers them by accepting their plans and assures them that the City is going to be there to serve them.

A prime example of leadership on his part and courage on the part of their homeless who sued for abuse and violations of their Constitutional freedoms.

All cities can learn from this Fresno Video which also shows a photo of the homeless who won and a copy of the court's award letter totalling more than Two Million Dollars because Fresno City and State Transportation Workers violated their Constitutional Rights and for destroying their camps and property with bull dozers.

We have copies of all the documents, including each class action member's Complaint which tells a familiar story of overreaching city policies and workers abusing authority to shove around, abuse and harass poor, disabled and homeless residents and the neglect and loss of property and harm that comes with that kind of blind hatred -- which happens in every city in the US and Canada.

NEVER AGAIN! If your people in power are abusing their authority where you live, Stand Up & Speak Out to defend those in need who are part of your community, no matter who they are or how poor or needy they may be --they are still valuable individuals protected by laws, constitutions, common law and human rights all over the world.
