Marilyn Holsten passed away recently while facing eviction for her use of medicinal marijuana.
The stress of being homeless is being linked to what contributed to her heart attack. Her landlord knew that she was using it legally and none of her neighbours ever smelled any smoke coming from her apartment.

Thanks for putting this up... it's such a sad story. Hopefully her passing will bring attention to these issues and help people in similar situations.
