Here's to owing you one...
Here is to owing you one and not knowing where to go with it.
Here is to wanting the things I think I deserve but never having a grip on it.
Here is to all those times I was lost inside, something that resembled who I was.
Here is to losing the handle on the gamble that was a sure shot.
Here is to yesterday and the gutter smiles I now evade.
Here is to the lost caps and paper I thought I'd saved.
Here is to the backwards hat wearing 711 24/7 nobodies.
Here is to the night bus riding, self esteem sliding, thinkers of our modern day.
This one goes out to the common man.
Laced with violent visions but still taking stand.
This one goes out to the left wing ladies.
The 3am go crazy type babies.
Here is to the ones that lost themselves in the mire, long ago.
To the ones still making it happen, to and fro.
The outside and not so much inside kind of kids.
The ones that aren't throwing down an Olympic bid.
To the ones with a small pocket and deep heart.
The kids that make a choice not to shop at Wal-Mart.
The anti Mcdonald and Burger King.
The ones who fit into society's lowest ring.
The fight is endless, but only the strong survive.
Heres to makin it, all in stride.
Tomorrow is an idea, a thought, a glimpse.
The knowing that most things work themselves out in the rinse.
The time is now to get up in it.
Mobilize, empower, get out and win it.

better to die on your feet then live on your knees
great quote
I like the one with the common man obviously laced with violence, why is it that there is so much violence today and that dreams don't always happen congruously, who ever dreamed that they would get killed?
