VICTORIA POLICE IGNOR JUDGE'S RULING

Victoria Police continue to arrest homeless people despite the fact that Justice Ross of the Supreme Court of British Columbia struck down a "bylaw enforcement policy" which prevented people from erecting shelters between 9pm and 7pm. Police have made arrests and still move people along.
