Hey.... just figured i would blog since its been so long... hell i dont even know if n e 1 reads this sh*t.... well i finally came back home... i am now back in deathbridge... its been like 5 1/2 months since i been back.... i was in montreal for so long i think i forgot how the "real" world worked.... i got too messed up in mon and decided that before i end up dead i would call and ask my "father" for help.... the one and only thing i love him for was saving my life.... which he did.... i would have never left montreal (except in a body bag bound for home(alberta)) if it hadnt been for him buying me a bus ticket. BOY HAS MY LIFE CHANGED NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been doing so well for almost 6 months now and feel so much better now that i'm not frying my brain... well n e ways i plan on keeping this thing updated now so i guess... ( to whoever reads these ) take care :D

Wow congrads on making it home. You know all to well that not all our families from the streets make it home ALIVE. I think that it is just awsome that your Dad loves you enough that he wanted you home and that he also loved and respected you enough to wait for you to decide when you were ready to come home no matter how long you will be home. That is what us parents do is love our kids unconditionally and that is what we kids should do for our parents.
I hope that you will continue to write and share with us your journey and what has made it is today. Sometimes sharing the good and bad cause we all know that it is not aways the same from moment to moment. Just remember we will always be here to help you on your journey just like your blood family is.

thanks folks! and you are very right rose... and i am super greatful to be alive and for the "TRUE" friends that i had when i was in Montreal that wanted me to be clean and as healthy as possible for the situation that i was in and never listened to until it was almost too late. so thanks to those folks too!! anyways being back in Lethbridge Alta is going alright i suppose i have a plave and have had the same place for over 7 months now and i have been making ends meet but still just barely... somedays it gets to me and gets to be such a challenge that i long to be back where all i had to do was worry about the next fix... and although i have been clean for the past almost 8 months now i still find it very trying to stay that way. i dream. i dream. i dream. i wake up in cold sweats still... dreaming of the past. dreaming of the hurt. dreaming of the life i never saw for myself.
