So I just heard that in Victoria, it's illegal to carry a backpack if you are homeless. Pretty soon the gov't will make it illegal to go for a walk, or visit a friend.
The government has even taxed your food. The corporations hold it ransom.
Forget the corruption in the government for a moment.

So today I'm working for homeless nation. What a load of shit. Great website. Lots of great people. But why is the person I answer to, working here today, never spent a night on the street. Can true understanding come from observation? I don't know. Is the position of superiority to be run on sympathy and empathy? Can one feel comparably to another regardless of whether the two individuals shared the stimulus?

I'm off with friends today. I'll be gone for afew weeks. Hopefully I'll get tattoos on the way. I don't know exactly my destination.

Last night I ditched the crew (who were getting drunk at the beach)to chill with Katie and Vanessa. I'm tired of drinking everynight. We tramped around until 1 am, when Vanessa found her way home to her bed. Katie and I eyed out a lawn beside a church to rest. I set up my tarp and sleeping bag. We talked for hours and hours until, finally I said fifteen more minutes and I had to sleep(I needed rest to start my trip today). Fifteen minutes turned into an hour of snuggling and a cheek to cheek goodbye hug. Long after the buses stopped running she hopped on her bike to ride to Vanessa's. I wish I could have come home with Katie.
