Some people think that all street youth need is a job and a kick in the pants. And sometimes that’s it, but not always. Not most times. That’s a very broad statement to make.

Welfare is great at creating dependence
Welfare in MB just keeps you stuck in poverty. They don’t allow you to make any money at all. You only get a total of $450 per month including rent food and clothing needs and all that.
