I expect a comment from law enforcement on this topic , " Please describe a situation in your life where authority services were needed but were not available . " .

Do any law enforcement officers have a situation that they can describe which resembles what people who exist in substandard housing have to go through ?

your picture is SO cute! Ya in the ideal world it should only be the racoons digging thru dumpsters! people seem to have a hard time coming to grips with the way the world IS as opposed to the way the world SHOULD BE-thats denial for ya!
