civil right abuse by victoria city council police and judges

It's happened before. Whole nations have been involved in genocide and in massive civil righ abuses without the public even being aware that such abuses were going on. Sometimes the people are even unaware that blatant abuses are even reprehensable.
Such I think is the case with David Arthur Johnston a political prisoner on a fast to death protesting the cities anti sleeping bylaws. The case thus far is;
Since Jan 4 2004 the Daj ,david arthur johnston has been arrested over 40 times.Many times he has been actually tortured and denied due process of law. All because he has taken a vow of poverty and does not use money. This prevents him for having any access to a place to sleep where he does not have to pay.
In court in supreme court ruling Madame justice Ross ruled that he and all of us cannot be denied access to safe sleeping and that the city was out of line in it's anti sleeping rules.
Right now david was sentenced to 45 days for erecting his tent at city hall. /They say he breached his condition not to set up on city property but the truth is he is protesting the anti sleeping rule that the city has enacted against people sleeping on public property during the hours of 7 am and 7 pm.
A rule which i believe is in direct conflict with the supreme court rule made by Justice Ross. This is contempt of court and people seem to be unaware of what is happening . The whole city and all its people are represented by the actions of city council. If the city is in contempt so are the people. I am planning to sue the city and certain judges for 36 million / Should i be successful its everyone who will have to pay. these are crimes against humanity.
David is in jail right now and he is locked up in a cell with a street addict without a toilet. David has a bladder infection from former fasts and is in serious condition. It is torture to force him into jail and into these sub human conditions. please help david 250 653 4898
