Here is a link to the blog of James Hugues. He is the director of the Old Brewery Mission, one of Montreal's biggest shelter.
The posts are a little old (most are from 2007), but they are great and still very true today! Just another great voice defending homeless issues all over Canada…

Just to clarify... James Hughes is no longer the director of the OBM. He left in early 2008.
The current director is Matthew Pearce.
