Sina

My name is Sina, and I'm a university student on a mission. I currently live in Toronto and I'm in the process of starting a charity to help feed the homeless population in Toronto, and across Canada that don’t participate in shelter and food bank programs. My goal is to reduce the amount of waste, and unnecessary consumption of consumers; transferring a small portion of people’s consumption to the homeless could help raise the standard of living on the streets, allowing people to live better, longer, and more productively. Food is an essential daily need, and it is proven that malnutrition significantly contributes to lower productivity. So hopefully, by offering these individuals food, we hope to eliminate some of the cost of food that will allow homeless persons to invest in other areas that will better their lives, whether it’s shelter, clothing, or more food. Homeless Nation is an awesome organization, and I really hope we can work together, combining forces to achieve many goals we have in common.
