We are a group of citizens who have come together from various walks of life to help get the rising rates of homelessness under control in Victoria. Our goal is to not speak for the homeless but to work with them as they try and work their way through the various barriers emposed on them due to their lack of shelter. Our core group consist og homeless people, seniors, people with disabilities and first nations
