Business and property owners are have come up with their own way of ‘washing away’ the city’s poverty issue.
Services are limited and under increasing pressure from the their communities and funders to ensure that clients are not visible outside of the resource.
Sharon and Squee introduce us to Yuppie Falls.
That city is really going to lots of trouble to get everyone off the streets. I was never in a parkade with an automatic sprinkler system that went off anytime I was in there. I remember I was once sprayed with a hose by some goof, but thats as far as it went. Good Luck.

First of all it's outright ridiculous the way they're trying to chase people out. but they are also squandering one of our most precious ressources water. I know some places your not allowed to water your lawn yet they leave it their water running all day?

that water is always running...right into the gutter. Van often has water restrictions and limits the times you can water grass etc. but to my knowledge that tap is always on.
