World Homeless Day 10-10-10

On the 10th of the 10th 2010 millions of people around the world will mark World Homeless Day in many varied ways and change the lives of homeless people in their local community.....

Lets make this day massive in Canada!!

Since there are so many people and organizations involved around the world (in over 50 countries so far) - it's inevitable that good ideas will be generated locally.

We want to source those great ideas and share them with others in different countries so collectively we can help homeless people more effectively and utilize World Homeless Day to the greatest advantage for everyone.

During the Inaugural Year 2010 of World Homeless Day, advice and insight is needed especially from those who have experience running homeless weeks or homeless days locally in their country or region.

A way of everyone sharing their ideas and showcasing their work will be available soon. For now, consider how you and who you may work with and represent can utilize the concept of World Homeless Day locally.

As we consult with more locals, both homeless people and service providers we will be able to offer you the opportunity to share ideas....
