A friend of ours has died and a squat will be destroyed

Just two days ago my friend Kactus died. He was stabbed in the throat under Terry Fox bridge. Right now were having memorials but theyre planning on shutting off the bridge. This bridge has been a squat for many years, for longer then Ive been on the streets. I am trying to get as many people who have squated under this bridge to come down and re-occupy it at least for one last time. This is just like Vijer, theyre just trying to make life harder for us. Also for all friends of Kactus come and pay your respects at the memorial under the bridge, it may not be there when you get here, but at least do it for Kactus.

My Sympathies go out to you nick. Hopefully the police are as lazy as they are cold hearted and you can have the memorial for a little while. As well I hope from this death is born some unity so that poor people aren't getting stabbed by other poor people. not much else to say In a time like this I guess, I hope for the best,
