Petition for Homeless Internet Access

The new National Library of Quebec has instituted a policy of giving library cards only to those with 2 pieces of valid ID containing a Quebec residence. This new policy excludes thousands of homeless individuals from Quebec's largest free access point for the Internet and Information Technology. Nous avons soumis une pétition en ligne suite à la lenteur de la réponse, attendue maintenant pendant presqu'un mois sur la question d'accès au service de consultation sur place de l'internet pour les personnes incapables de fournir une preuve de résidence à la grande bibliothèque du Québec.
